- An adult age 18 or older must assume all liability for the booking. There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. The listed optional heating fee is charged per week per accommodation for pool heater. For Hot tub heater, the fee is charged per 4 hours. Access to the pool and hot tub heating is available by reservation only. Guests are required to contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will receive a rental agreement requiring an electronic signature. The rental agreement must be returned to the property within 24hrs of booking. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
