- An adult age 18 or older must assume all liability for the booking. Guests will receive lockbox information. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email with instructions and a document to be completed prior to their arrival. The lock box and check-in details will be provided after the cleaning fee and security deposit have been paid.
