- Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Starting January 1, 2025, parcel deliveries will be accepted with a fee of USD 5 per item (medical equipment items excluded) regardless of weight and only for guests in house or checking in on the day of receipt. Any deliveries received before or after a guest's stay will be returned and the property cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please note, any parcels that originate from the United States Postal Service (USPS) will not be accepted by the property. However, any parcels that originate from another delivery carrier and use USPS as a final delivery method will be accepted.
