- The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. From June 1 to August 31, reception hours are Monday 10 AM-4 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 8 AM-8 PM, Friday-Saturday 8 AM-10 PM, and Sunday 8 AM-2 PM. From September 1 to May 31, reception hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8 AM-2 PM, Friday 8 AM-8 PM, Saturday 9 AM-5 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to noon (closed on Monday).
